Where will you work?

A multinational company and global leader in the chemical sector, dedicated to the production and distribution of medical and industrial gases, renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation.

What will you do?

  • Support the coordination and execution of projects from initiation through completion.
  • Monitor project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
  • Track project progress and ensure timely follow-up of actions and decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different business areas to ensure project alignment.
  • Assist in the evaluation and analysis of business cases and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Contribute to digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
  • Support projects involving platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, and other digital tools.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, manuals, workflows, and governance records.
  • Prepare presentations, status updates, and meeting materials.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
  • Ensure continuity of ongoing projects and initiatives during the maternity cover period.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, business improvement, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in international or multicultural environments.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean, or similar).
  • Experience with reporting, business analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Knowledge of process improvement and operational excellence methodologies.
  • Experience using Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, or other digital collaboration tools.

  • Salário base 16.500 - 17.900€/ano.
