Accounts Receivable Cash Application Specialist with high level of French

As a Accounts Receivable Cash Application Specialist you will:

- You will be responsible for the processing of all customer payments.
- You will support the Cash Collections Team with assigned tasks and portfolios.
- You will ensure that payments are applied according to customer instructions.
- You will support the efforts to keep unapplied/unreconciled payments at minimum levels.
- You will maintain all General Ledgers fully reconciled.
- You will support the monthly closing procedures and AR reserve calculations.
- You will support the activities related to financing.
- You will develop good working relationship with all internal and external partners.
- You will support monthly, weekly, or daily Financial- and Management reporting.
- You will support delivery of accurate weekly cash flow forecast.
- You will establish and maintain a positive professional relationship with customers and the sales force.
- You will drive process standardization improvement initiatives.
- You will create an environment that fosters high performance and the highest quality of service.

You are the perfect candidate if you:

- You have a Degree in Business or Finance is desirable.
- You have a Fluent English and French. Portuguese is a plus.
- You have some work experience in Accounts Receivables or Accounting is valued.
- You have the ability to handle high volume transactions.
- You are methodical and well-organized approach.
- You have excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- You have the ability to work under pressure to attain company objectives.
