Our client, headquartered in Florida, is a global company specialized in reasearch, development, marketing and bringing unequaled speed-to-market and innovative technologies to the entire marketplace. The company distributes materials for the digital market through 3 distinct channels.

We are looking for a Channel Manager who is responsible for creating demand for the company's products through a multilevel tiered distribution network.

As a Channel Manager, your main responsabilities are:
- Manage relationship with Channel Partners - master distributors (Tier I Distributors) and dealers (Tier II Distributors)
- Promote and sell company media
- Increase market share and customer share in the regions of Italy and Iberia
- Developing business relationships to retain current customers and gain lost or new business
- Developing sales strategies, negotiating with partners and training their sales team
- Negotiating contracts and growth plans with current and prospective channel partners, being accountable for tracking and managing customer rebates
- Customer order entry and logistic support when needed
- Execution of new product launch plans
- Represent company at industry trade shows

We are looking for a person with the following requirements:

- Experience in sales, expecially in the sector of printers, papers and hardware components
- Excellent presentation skills
- High degree of product and industry knowledge is a plus
- Proven track record of successful customer engagement across a spectrum of enterprise-class verticals
- Ability to travel to regional tradeshows and customer visits as needed
- A positive and collaborative approach to problem solving and the willingness to work cooperatively to resolve issues impacting and the employee and customer experience
- Driving license

- Compensation for this position will be a combination of both commissions and base salary
- This position will be measured based on the following key performance indicators (KPIs): overall annuall sales gales growth and monthly sales targets
