Our client is a global leader within the industrial sector.
As a Collections Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Minimizing bad debt risk and maximizing accounts receivable collections for the USA market
- Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts
- Conducting collection calls
- Ensuring mail correspondence to customers to encourage payment of overdue receivables
- Negotiating customer disputes to resolution and documents root cause
- Maintaining accurate collection files
- Reviewing and monitor assigned accounts
- Providing timely follow-up on payment arrangements
You're the person we're looking for if:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in Collections
- You have a native level of English
- You have an effective business writing and professional communication skills
- You have strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
- You're detail oriented.
- You're assertive and able to negotiate with business sales reps and interface with senior management
- You're willing to work from 17:00 to 2:00 OR from 14:00 to 23:00 (in order to support the USA market)
