Our client is an outstanding French company in the Marketing department. They are a team of marketers and developers that offers software products. A duo that ensures that their platform meets the sales and loyalty requirements of brands on a daily basis.

As a Customer Care Specialist:
- You will be the primary contact point for customers with platform questions or issues
- You will be the expert on leveraging platform capabilities for success
- You will investigate customer difficulties to determine root cause
- You will be the Key person to ensuring high customer satisfaction with platform usage
- You will Guide customers on optimal practices and troubleshoot issues until resolved

You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have at least 1 year experience in a support environment
- You have Strong written verbal communication skills.
- You have Client-facing experience
- You can demostrate customer-first attitude
- You are fluent in French English
- You have experience with digital marketing platforms
