Our client works in the e-commerce sector and has a defined presence in the European market.
To complete your mission you need to perform the following functions:
- Manage incidents via phone and email.
- Give technical support for our reservation software and solve related incidents.
- Make the necessary changes on the website.
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications:
- Native level of French and Advanced level of Spanish.
- Intermediate level of English
- Some technological knowledge and experience in a technical support environment will be considered as a plus
- Working knowledge of MS office ( excel, word )
Experience
- Minimum one year proven experience as a Customer Service Representative.
- Typically has a good amount of experience in Back office and Administrative environments
- You are a good team player, but at the same time able to manage your own high volume of work organized, dynamic person with high level of communication skills
Skills
- Customer-oriented with excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work handle different activities at the same time.
- Details oriented
