We're looking for a Head of Marketing with at least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a consumer-facing startup. This role demands a deep understanding of digital marketing, mobile marketing nuances, and the ability to manage substantial marketing budgets effectively.
Your Mission:
● Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing
strategy that encompasses user acquisition, paid traffic, referral programs, press relations campaigns, CRM, and social media initiatives.
● Data driven decision making: Utilize analytics and data to guide strategy, measure performance, and identify growth opportunities.
● Team Building and Management: Build, lead, and inspire a marketing team capable of executing ambitious marketing strategies and adapting to a fast-paced growth environment.
● Market Expertise: Bring an in-depth understanding of the French market, with native proficiency in French and the capability to lead marketing efforts across multiple markets simultaneously.
● Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage significant marketing budgets to maximize ROI and drive user growth.
