You will be:
Implementation of the first contact with potential new customers.
Establishment, maintenance and strategic development of your exclusively assigned existing customers.
Determination of customer needs by means of telephone calls.
Answering customer-specific inquiries by email and / or telephone
Collection of all relevant data in our database.
Independent acquisition and support of new customers (acquisition of new customers).
Expansion, maintenance and building of relationships at all decision-making levels of your own customer base through personal advice and support.
You will need:
Fluent written and spoken German and good English.
Experience in initial contact and sales experience for IT consulting and / or IT service (e.g. active phone calls).
In-depth knowledge of the common MS Office tools.
Independent way of working with a very high level of customer orientation.
Pronounced team orientation, communication skills and enthusiasm.
Full-time contract 40h.
