Our client operates a call centre specialized in providing customer service and telemarketing solutions to multinational companies.
The company offers an international environment with possibilities of growth.

As an IT Manager of a Contact Centre you will manage a team of support staff from Level 1 support, Level 2 desktop Support and Level 3 Server/Network support.
This person will manage relationships with clients and vendors to provide solutions for the contact centre projects

Your main responsibilities:

-Create and maintain an information technology strategy.
-Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
-Plan the workloads, set objectives, conduct appraisals and supported to continually improve performance and results.
-Keeping up to date with industry standards and innovations.
-Provide continuous improvement of the customer experience through technology elements within the contact centre.
-Manage the further development and implementation of current projects.
-Play a critical role in delivering the contact centres long-term technology strategy and goals through.
-Propose and implement solutions aligned with business and customer priorities.
-Provide an expert technical level
-Be a decision maker and influencer within the management team.
-Availability to travell 25% of the time.

We are looking for a person with the following experience and skills:

-Firm understanding of networking and server technologies.
-Problem-solving, process-oriented and customer-minded.
-Strong interpersonal, communication, organisation and follow-through skills
-Project Management knowledge.
-Knowledge of telephony, CRM data and database systems.
-Line management experience.
-Candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish

Desirable knowledge:
-ITIL qualification
-Previous experience of working in the contact centre sector.
-Experience of presenting to boards and executive teams.
-Working with UK and European agencies.
