As a Recruitment Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- You will be managing the recruitment team ( daily and weekly meetings, monitoring processes of recruitment consultants, KPI tracking and analysing performance, ...).
- Taking part in the decision process of the department.
- You will be responsible for resources and activities allocation considering workload and results.
- Recruitment coordination of large scale projects.
- Training and coaching of new employees.
- You will be responsible for client satisfaction and follow up
- You will work with the marketing team to attract the best candidates joining job fairs, school fairs, events...
- You will participate in periodic meetings with the client
- You will ensure the quality of the service and provide ideas for improvement.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have experience in recruitment and coordinating teams or recruitment projects.
- You have an advanced level of English and Spanish. Other languages are an additional asset.
- You have a university education preferably in Economics, Labor Relations or similar.
- You are client and results oriented, with communication skills, proactive, with critical capacity and attention to detail.
- You want to develop your career and keep growing with us.
