Our client, leader in his sector and with almost a century of industry experience, is looking for a Sales Manager Mid-Market to set up a centralized operations center in Barcelona.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Manager will contribute to the development and vision of the Business Unit Strategy in line with company overarching strategic objectives and existing and future Client requirements encompassing the following:
- Set up, lead and develop the team
- Work in a close manner with the Marketing team to define the marketing group strategy
- Responsible for the Sales activities of the assigned regions (Europe)
- Define and implement KPIs, performance measurement and reporting
Education
- Preferable Master degree, Business and Administration degree
Skills
- Good organizational and analytical skill
- Project management capabilities
- Experience in leading teams and managing groups of people, preferably in a call center
- Ability to take initiative/self-motivated
- Flexibility to travel: based in Barcelona but travelling can be required (especially during the first months)
Languages
- High level of English
- Any of the following languages will be definitely a plus: German, Dutch, French or Nordics
