Trade Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager for a FMCG multinational company.

The Trade marketing expert have responsibility to drive sustainable business growth in the Market. You will manage and measure the in-market delivery of the growth plans and work with the commercial teams to deliver excellence in store execution and exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
·Works with the Commercial Director to develop Trade marketing programs to grow the brands.
·Develop the trade marketing plans and lead the execution of the Trade Marketing plans for the market including the development of activation plans for Important store formats customer.
·Develop market 5P strategy and propose the Priorities (Picture of Success) for the market.
·Lead the implementation of agreed priority activities with the commercial team across customers and performance measurement of the results via Scorecards / KPI measurement.
·Lead the presentation of growth programs, 5P Plans initiative's to the Selected Customers.
·Develop the brands growth platforms ensure they are based on relevant shopper insights.
·Tailor the materials and activation toolkits from the marketing team for the Customer and format requirements in the market.
·Implement Success model best practice in the market Identify Market best practice that can be scaled across markets be part of the brands Success Model.
·Analysis of the competitive and customer's position in the market.
·Works Closely with marketing to support the development on the business
·Manages the allocated trade marketing budget.
·Coach and Train the Trade marketing team.

- Almost 3 years experience in a similar role in FMCG industry,
- Experience in multinational company.
- Initiative, Self-governed, analytical, used to work under
pressure.
- Fluent in english + spanish.
