We are looking for a Solution Architect with strong CRM platform experience to work for our end client, the world's leading provider of English language training for individuals and businesses. With more than 50 years of experience, teaching more than 3 million students in more than 29 countries around the world.

What You Will Be Doing:
In this role you will work closely with Product Owners, subject domain experts
and internal services teams to identify innovative technical solutions to business
opportunities that enable growth across our business network. The role will
drive forward the definition and development of a modern marking and sales
technology growth stack that will encompass custom development, third party
platforms and integrations. The role will require a firm understanding of the
core Wall Street English technology stack and also the technology environments
of the franchise network.

General
• Develop a solutions architecture and roadmap for our marketing and
sales technology growth stack to achieve defined business goals.
• Have in depth technical knowledge of CRM platforms - HubSpot in
particular - understand all features in depth, keep up with new
developments, understand how external development can enhance how
we use HubSpot, understand preferred partners for 3rd party integration
(e.g., Calling software)
• Understand fully the Wall Street English use case for CRM and offer
solutions to emerging needs
• Be the custodian of our ‘CRM Reference Build’ - help to ensure
adherence to use of the build by maintaining clear documentation and
guidance on how our franchise network can interact with it
• Guide and advise on the technology choices to extend the growth stack,
including participating in vendor selection and evaluation.
• Ensure effective delivery of the technology solutions collaborating with product owners, technology teams and vendors.

Enhancements
• Listen to and challenge user requirements, focusing on understanding
required outcomes, not just proposed solutions
• Design, document, demo, and test solutions
• Deploy new enhancements globally

Territories
• Perform alignment assessments - including analysing the delta and
providing options for how to proceed
• Deploy our CRM Reference Build into territories - including standard
adjustments for local ways of working
Ways of working
• Manage the day-to-day delivery of technical tasks with regular updates to the Product Owner on progress
• Manage internal and external team members to deliver technical
developments in a timely and efficient manner
Co-ordinate with Data teams to manage dependencies on reporting
• Co-ordinate with Product developers to manage dependencies between the Product and the marketing and sales growth technology growth stack.

We’d like to hear from you if you have:
• 5+ years’ experience in a customer-facing, solutions architect or solution
consulting role
• BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or
equivalent practical experience
• Platform expertise in CRM, marketing automation, or related customer
experience applications
• Deep technical architecture experience
• Expertise in explaining complex, technical concepts to all levels of users
• Business savvy with consultative, problem solving, and issue resolution skills
• Motivated self-starter who is hungry to learn and can provide strong examples of how they have achieved results while balancing demanding expectations

Nice to have:
• 2+ years of HubSpot use (or similar CRM platform)
• Understanding of agile methodologies and ability to grasp and adjust to changing processes
• Fluent English
