Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams (production, engineering, quality, maintenance, supply chain).
• Translate financial data into operational insights to influence decision-making.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead initiatives to improve profitability.
• Monitor operational performance and provide financial insights on production, labor utilization, and waste.
• Manage daily financial operations including cost accounting, inventory control, and fixed asset management.
• Lead the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain to develop cost models aligned with production volumes and efficiency targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing finance role, ideally within FMCG or food production.
• Strong ERP knowledge (SAP, hyperion).
• Advanced Excel/ Bi skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
