Customer Service Representative with Swedish native and fluent English

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our multinational
office in Barcelona area. Our aim is to look for a CS professional fluent in English and another
European language (German, French, Italian, Swedish, Finnish), who will take care of
developing and maintaining long-term relationship with our clients by providing a remarkable
customer experience in the B2B environment.
You will be:
 Processing orders, forms, applications, modifications and as well as other requests
from the clients´ side.
 Creating positive, empathetic and open communication with the customers via various
channels, responding in a timely manner and always striving to identify their needs to
achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
 Serving as a point of first contact between clients and the internal departments.
 Proactively and rapidly investigating and resolving any issues and enquiries related to
orders, transportation or invoicing.
 Interfering with other teams such as Logistics or Supply Chain to provide the best
service and help us grow.
 Maintaining all customer documentation updated in order to keep transparency.

You have:
 Proven track of more than 2 year of CS experience.
 Bachelor´s degree or equivalent (preferably business related field).
 Strong communication and language skills:
English + other European language (French, German, Italian, Swedish or Finnish).
 Good knowledge of MS Office tools. Experience with SAP system is a big asset.
 Hands-on approach to provide rapid solutions and critical thinking.
 Strong focus on driving positive results.
 Passion for people and customer happiness.
 Ability to prioritize and adapt to unexpected changes.
 Quick learner and multitasker in a fast-paced environment.
 High attention to detail.
