The Shared Service Center has more than 450 people of different nationalities, supporting their business in Europe, with an excellent dedication in Logistics, Finance, Administration and Customer Service to all our customers
As a Billing Analyst your main responsibilities will be:
Ensure excellent customer experience and full legal compliance by supporting, improving and developing work processes, perform data analysis and participate in improvement projects.
Assure correct automatic and manual processing of customer invoices and to document and archive all relevant information.
Enter and maintain customer specific billing and invoice delivery requirements, especially in the area of electronic invoice delivery, electronic data interfaces and public sector invoicing solutions.
Assist correct internal accounting and reporting by accurate and systematic process application and resolution of errors and queries.
Support development and implementation of new work processes.
You will have:
a native level of Polish, Czech or Croatian and Advanced level of French and English. Another European language would be a real asset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team and positive attitude.
Highly organized and task prioritization. Working under time pressure.
IT Knowledge: MS Office. SAP would be beneficial.
2-3 years of experience in an office environment.
