As a CSR Specialist, you will be working in the HR Department and reporting to it. You will be responsible for:
• You will lead the CSR action plan definition, implementation and follow up locally, ensuring the corporate targets are cascaded and achieved
• You will boost the cultural transformation process, by reinforcing the awareness and integration of CSR in daily routines
• You will be partnering with 3rd parties to reinforce CSR activities, such as volunteering, diversity, etc
• You will analyze KPI, follow up and cocreation of the related action plans
• You will manage the Health and Safety activities in the country
• You will support and contribute to HR projects and activities
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
• You have a University degree in business, labor relations or similar
• 3 years experience in a similar role with focus on CSR implementation
• Specific training or experience on H S
• Strong experience on KPIS management and data analytics
• Advance level of English is a must
