• In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for:
• Managing the Order to Cash process for customers.
• - Handling customer orders (entry, validation, and follow-up).
• - Monitoring product availability and coordinating with Logistics.
• - Managing administrative and logistical incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
• - Overseeing invoicing processes and credit notes.
• - Monitoring collections and ensuring compliance with payment terms.
• - Ensuring service quality while building strong and long-lasting customer relationships.

• You're the person we're looking for if you have:
• A university degree or vocational qualification.
• - Some previous work experience (internship or first job), regardless of the field.
• - Native level of Italian and advanced English.
• - Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• - Tech-savvy mindset and interest in AI and digital tools.
• - Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• - A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability.

• Salary between 25.000 - 29.000 € gross/year, depending on experience.
