The position requires strategic analysis of store metrics, overseeing product merchandising, and managing people to enhance customer experience. Additionally, the role involves supporting digital transformation, optimizing data collection for customer retention, and contributing to the maintenance of a unique brand image.
*Over 3 years in similar roles, preferably in the fashion sector.
*Ability to create plans to achieve sales goals and empower teams.
*Experience in store metrics, KPIs, expenses, and P&L.
*Ability to analyze prices, campaigns, and competition.
*Efficient implementation of operational and technological projects.
*Ensure efficient use of technological tools.
*Implementation of company standards and health and safety regulations.
*Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
*Review product needs and enhance customer experience.
*Support digital transformation in physical stores.
*Clear and constant communication skills.
