Senior Project Manager (m/d/f)

- You demonstrate and achieve business results from deploying project management methodology and supporting major change projects
- Further more you will train and coach teams on the use of project management methodology and drive a culture of continuous improvement in your function
- Also, you will map and standardize the core business processes across the different countries
- Additionally you will ensure timely communication and reporting of project progress, results and risks to key stakeholders. Recognize and reward successes and celebrate accomplishments
- You will advocate for new ways of doing things, challenge conventional wisdom at all levels of Homecare IB/FR/BLX by demonstrating proven methodology and proposing new project ideas
- You will lead teams of subject matter experts to find sustained solutions to achieve business goals

- You have 5+ years experience in an operational or project management role
- Additionally you have training in a project management discipline preferred
- You have a strong customer focus, influencing skills and cross cultural communication and collaboration at all levels of the matrix organization
- Further more you have proven experience in leading improvement projects with demonstrated skills in working collaboratively to identify issues and solve problems (1 year).
- Also, you have language skills in 3 out of the 4 regional languages (Portuguese/Spanish/English /French)-
- You have ability to optimize and improve processes and systems, with a passion for continuous improvement
- You have demonstrated ability to extract relevant information and reach sound conclusions from a variety of data
- Also you are open to change, able to energize team participants and foster a culture of change
- You have experience in data mining and/or digitalization initiatives as a plus
