If you enjoy administrative tasks, have an intermediate level of German and English and you are keen on being part of a well-known multinational company, we want to meet you!

You will join a German multinational company present in over 30 countries, which plays a big role in the retail sector. The office is located in Sintra.

As an Administrative/HR assistant you will be involved in a wide range of tasks.
-You will handle emails, travels and trainings bookings;
-You will handle training certificates;
-You will deal and manage partnership agreements;
-You will be in contact with suppliers;
-You will deal with invoice approvals;
-You will give a hand with documents translations;
-You will deal with handling of documents.

You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have some experience in customer service, administrative roles (a plus);
- You have an intermediate level both in German and in English;
- You are proficient in relevant computer applications, such as MS Office;
- You have good communication skills - written and spoken;
- You are a Team player.

- You will work full time Monday to Friday;
- You will have possibilities for professional growth within the company;
