You will be responsible for:
-Build our business in the Spain Talent Organization area through deep HR skills around business strategy, global business models, and operational efficiency
-Be the go-to person for expertise on HR matters and the delivery of key client projects across the Strategic Human Resources landscape.
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications:
-Fluent in Spanish and English
-Engineering or Business Administration Bachelor’s Degrees
Experience:
-2-4 years of relevant, hands-on experience in HR Consulting either in a consulting role or as part of a leading company in the industry.
-Experience working on HR corporate strategy, organizational (re-)design and/or operational improvement projects
-Knowledgeable on human resources trends and key topics such as: Talent Management, HR Analytics /Big Data, Digital Learning/Talent Management, HR Share Services Centers as well as on the main levers/drivers of HR efficiency, Business Cases, etc.
