One of our clients, a global leader in FMCG, is currently seeking to hire an FP&A for their site located  in Milan, Italy.

¿Qué harás?

  • Develop financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to drive business performance.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Support monthly closings, ensuring accurate revenue and cost tracking.
  • Participate in S&OP, providing full P&L visibility and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to evaluate innovations, pricing, promotions, and key client negotiations.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and act as a trusted business partner across functions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and support the development of reporting and analytics tools.

¿A quién buscamos?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably within a multinational FMCG environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is a must, while experience with SAP and/or Oracle Hyperion Planning are highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide concise insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
