Our client is a leading international tourism group.
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Finance Key you will be working in BI team.
Your objective will act as Business Partner between the Finance Community and the BI team.
Your main responsibilities:
-Lead the specific Business Intelligence projects owned by the Finance Community (detailed planning, issue risk management, etc.)
-Support the definition of data standards in close collaboration with the other KAMs the Business Intelligence Development Team
-Support the business experts in the definition of the Reporting MIS requirements
-Define and evolve KPI’s for Finance partnering with business key-stakeholders
-Ensure a coherent and efficient data process mapping
-Ensure customer adoptions for all delivered projects / improvements to business users
-Manage expectations priorities according to overall Project Portfolio Management
-Be responsible for on-going corrective and evaluative maintenance of the MIS projects delivered to the supported areas, adhering to the incident and change management processes
-Provide training and awareness on Business Intelligence to all users from Finance Area
-This role will be require minimum travel for specific projects and / or meetings
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Experience
-Minimum of 3 year experience in the complete lifecycle of design, development and implementation of multinational data warehouse projects
-Working knowledge of fundamentals across data modelling and data architecture
-Knowledge of data warehouse design and development methodologies and best practices
-Experience with BI/DW technologies including ETL (SAP Business Warehouse, Business Objects)
-Functional experience in Finance (accounting, controlling, budgeting forecasting, reporting closing processes)
-Experience in the travel sector is considered advantageous
Skills
-Spanish and English language skills (one of them on native level)
-Agile methodologies for business intelligence project management is advantageous
