You will be working for an international company located in Barcelona, that provides software solutions for the luxury industry.
As a Technical Support Agent you will be responsible for providing support to French speaking Customers. On your day to day you will:
- You will be in charge of delivering Customer phone and email support
- You will be responsible for: Level 1 Impact Troubleshooting
- You will be in charge of Customer management
- You will be solving technical and configuration problems
- Reporting technical problems Level 2 to the team in charge.
Your are the candidate we are looking for if:
- You speak a high or native level of French
- If you speak an advanced level of English that would be a plus and allow you to develop and grow within the company!
- You have basic knowledge -user- in microcomputing
- You like talking to people and solving issues!
- You will have a permanent contract
