On this occasion, one of our leading gas clients is looking for a Back Office employee with a native French level in Porto.
As a Back Office Agent you will:
- Resolve customer simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the business.
- Change and maintain customer's data on the system.
- Ensure a good relationship with customers.
- Furthermore, ensure that the data received from the customer or other Linde department is accurately and timely maintained.
- You are able to communicate efficiently by phone and emails with customers daily.
- You speak French at a native level and English fluently.
- Pro-active, focused on responding promptly to action.
- You have SAP and Outlook tools basic knowledge.
- Able to work in a result oriented team.
