The company is a multinational located in Porto.
We are looking for a Contact Center Agent to join a multinational company dedicated to the supply of medical and industrial gases.
The Contact Center Agent will have the following responsibilities:
- Attention to patients and customers while maintaining the levels of service and quality defined by the company;
-Record in the computer system orders, complaints or queries, directing, if necessary, the request to the corresponding area;
-To issue calls and contact by other means (sms, email, app, etc);
-Give support to both internal and external customers;
-Performing complementary administrative tasks;
- Secondary Education;
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or in the health sector is valued;
- Computer skills: Knowledge of office or other platforms.
- Languages: Dutch fluent mandatory and English valuable.
- Skills: Professional profile focused on customer satisfaction, with good communication skills, empathy, autonomy, sense of responsibility and teamworking
