Founded in 1879, our client is widely renowned and has more than 70,000 employees. Our client is a really exciting multinational company that is responsible for the gazes production in the medical and industrial fields.

As a Customer Service Back Office Agent:

- You will provide assistance by phone, email chat, by solving simple and complex queries from our client's customers and that have impact on business performance.
- You will guide our client's customers in our Website/Webshop.
- You will ensure that data received from customers is maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
- You will transfer queries to the corresponding department and contribute to our processes improvement.

You are the person we are looking for if:

- You are a good communicator, and you are able to communicate by phone and email with our customers.
- You have a proficient/native level of French and a basic level of English.
- You are proactive and focus to answer our customers' needs.
- You have some experience working with the Office Suite and SAP (valuable).
- You are able to work in a multicultural team and oriented to achieve results (KPI's).
- You have some experience working as a Customer Service Advisor - Front Office - It would be a plus.
