Front Office Agent - French Speaker

Your main tasks include:

• Handling incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from customers
• Providing support to existing and potential customers via phone, email, and mail
• Providing accurate information about products, services, and company processes
• Managing reservations, requests, queries, and complaints to ensure a positive customer experience
• Guiding customers through the Webshop
• Transferring queries and claims to the appropriate internal departments according to rules and processes
• Coordinating with other departments to resolve issues promptly
• Ensuring customer data is accurately and timely maintained
• Maintaining accurate records in internal systems

• Minimum required Secondary school (High School)
• Fluency in French (native or professional level).
• English B2 (preferred).
• SAP/ERP Basic Knowledge/Salesforce (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is a plus.
