In this role,  you will be responsible for:

Being a Brand Ambassador: Acting as the primary point of contact for Italian B2B customers, providing expert guidance and solutions.

Mastering the Order-to-Cash Cycle: Managing the end-to-end journey of customer orders, from initial request to successful delivery and billing.

Data Integrity Expert: Maintaining precision in contracts, pricing, and master data using cutting-edge tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to optimize the customer journey.

 We're looking for a quick learner with a passion for problem-solving, you are the perfect candidate if you have:   
- Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory for client communication, portuguese is a plus).
- Knowledge in front-office tasks, with a focus on customer service and documentation.
- Certain knowledge of Excel for data validation and simple analysis (advanced skills a bonus).
- Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication, and a dynamic approach to continuous improvement.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications (example:MS Office).
- Good excel knowledge.
- Experience in SAP (SD module), is a plus.
