• Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, managing inquiries via phone and email, processing orders, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records within internal CRM platforms and utilize tools like MS Excel to track operational workflows.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (logistics, sales, finance) to resolve complex customer requests and streamline administrative tasks.
• If you are up to it: Oversee daily team performance, monitor and analyze operational KPIs, provide continuous coaching, and audit billing/invoicing processes to meet corporate standards.

¿A quién buscamos?

• Native or bilingual proficiency in German (written and spoken) along with a strong professional command of English.
• Open to various backgrounds. Prior experience in corporate customer service, administrative roles, commercial support, or team management/billing supervision is highly valued.
• Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM or ERP software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international team.
