Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, managing inquiries via phone and email, processing orders, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records within internal CRM platforms and utilize tools like MS Excel to track operational workflows.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (logistics, sales, finance) to resolve complex customer requests and streamline administrative tasks.
If you are up to it: Oversee daily team performance, monitor and analyze operational KPIs, provide continuous coaching, and audit billing/invoicing processes to meet corporate standards.
Native or bilingual proficiency in German (written and spoken) along with a strong professional command of English.
Open to various backgrounds. Prior experience in corporate customer service, administrative roles, commercial support, or team management/billing supervision is highly valued.
Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM or ERP software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international team.
