Our client is a german multinational company who is looking for a Team Leader who speaks fluent German. We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Leader to join a dynamic operation in Porto and play a key role in driving service excellence, team development, and customer satisfaction. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience leading customer service teams who are passionate about creating high-performing environments, improving processes, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Lead, coach, and develop customer service teams

¿A quién buscamos?

What we're looking for

Fluent German (C1/C2 level required)
Good command of English
Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Operations, or Contact Center environments
Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset with a results-driven approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment
