Order Entry Agent with a Proficient Level of French

In your day-to-day work, you will be responsible for:

• You will provide assistance by phone, email & chat, by solving simple and complex queries from our client's customers and that have impact on business performance.
• You will guide our client's customers in our Website/Webshop.
• You will ensure that data received from customers is maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
• You will transfer queries to the corresponding department and contribute to our processes improvement.

You are the person we are looking for if:

• You have some experience working as a Customer Service Advisor.
• You have a proficient/native level of French and a basic level of English. Experience working with the Office Suite and SAP is valued.
• You are a good communicator, and you are able to communicate by phone and email with our customers.
• You value working in a multicultural team and oriented to achieve results (KPI's).
