Multinational company in Maia, Porto.
• You'll be responsible for the increased efficiency and quality of the operations for various country organizations by supporting the system's optimal usage, testing, and developments
• In this role you will contact with Coordinators/supervisors, Process Improvement, Process Owners, and Stakeholders in the retained organization, to support the team’s needs, but also to provide improvement ideas and run small projects
• Gathers information or needs from different workstreams, identifies alternatives, and Implement Improvements
• Further you will support solutions for and together with the business that have an impact on the processes
• In addition, you have to support the system's optimal usage, testing, and developments, through continuous communication and alignment with IS, operational teams, and Process improvement
• You have an University degree (required) and/or master’s degree (desirable; Business-Finance, Audit or education preferred)
• Experience in Customer Service, Order to Cash or related roles;
• You are fluent in English (Portuguese, Spanish, French, or Dutch will be a plus)
