Team Leader - Order to Cash (Porto)

What you will enjoy doing

• You will manage a Order to Cash team for the Dutch market
• In addition, you will ensure the processes are in place, are followed and up to date
• You will be responsible to ensure that the team handles customers orders and complaints and address to the right department
• Further you are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with business partner, business units, customers and other departments
• You will follow team results, kpis and make sure that they are sustainable
• Also, you will have monthly escalation meetings

You have University Degree or minimum Secondary High School complete

• In addition you can speak native or C2 level of Dutch and English C1
• SAP and office knowledge rounds up your profile
• You have experience managing teams
• Moreover you are a good and persuavive communicator
