¿Qué harás?

What you will enjoy doing

You will manage a Order to Cash team for the Dutch market
In addition, you will ensure the processes are in place, are followed and up to date
You will be responsible to ensure that the team handles customers orders and complaints and address to the right department
Further you are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with business partner, business units, customers and other departments
You will follow team results, kpis and make sure that they are sustainable
Also, you will have monthly escalation meetings

¿A quién buscamos?

You have University Degree or minimum Secondary High School complete

In addition you can speak native or C2 level of Dutch and English C1
SAP and office knowledge rounds up your profile
You have experience managing teams
Moreover you are a good and persuavive communicator
