Our client is a well-known multinational that provides financing solutions such as leasing, renting and factoring for businesses and is based in Oeiras (Lisbon).

As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring and optimizing the performance of the Customer Service Desk and Contract Management team.

In your day-to-day, you will:

- Manage and optimize the Contract management/Back Office team's performance
- Manage and monitor workloads, inventories and backlogs
- Ensure follow up of incoming client requests as well as contract management activities
- Support and drive project implementations within the renting/leasing department
- Act as an Operation Specialist to support activities related to: Contract Administration, Traffic Fines, and Customer Service Desk

You're the person we're looking for if:

- You have a university degree
- You have around 2 years of experience as a Coordinator/Team leader in the insurance sector or financial services sector
- You have a native level of Portuguese and an advanced level of English (B2+/C1)
- You're able to motivate and encourage the team to achieve their goals
- You're disciplined, methodical, dynamic and willing to face new challenges
- You can commute to the office in Oeiras (2x per week)
