The Call Center, located in Sant Cugat del Vallés, Barcelona, will be a group of professionals for our clients in Spain, Portugal, Italy and France which includes individuals with chronic diseases, health care professionals and pharmacies.

-Acts as Key Affiliate Manager for one of our markets
-Develops new service concepts for the markets you are responsible for and makes sure successful implementation
-Guides and supervises a group of multilingual call advisors
-Detects training needs.
-Informs call advisors about changes, marketing campaigns, new procedures
-Resolves problems and back up questions of call advisors
-Develops and grows professionally your team of call advisors
-Evaluate call advisors skills

-Language skills: A fluent command of English and German and a good knowledge of Spanish
-Has worked in a Call center before, ideally in a leading position
-Experience with digital solutions
-2 years of experience in leading teams and managing groups of people, preferably in a call center
-Team player and coach
-Excellent communication skills
-Service Minded
-Flexibility to travel
-Pro-active mind-set, entrepreneurs spirit
