Our client is Fluidra, a multinational group listed on the Spanish stock exchange, and a global leader in the pool and wellness sector.
We're looking for an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead strategic audits across our global operations. You will play a key role in evaluating risk, internal controls and compliance while driving value-added recommendations to improve efficiency and support continuous improvement.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Plan, execute and supervise financial, operational and compliance audits in various locations across the Group.
Lead and develop the internal audit team, fostering professional growth and engagement.
Review and validate audit reports and working papers to ensure high quality, clarity, and alignment with professional standards.
Monitor and update the annual audit plan based on evolving risk assessments.
Identify process and control improvement opportunities and provide actionable, business-aligned recommendations.
Document key processes, risks, and controls in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate with external advisors and co-sourcing partners when needed.
Support the Director of Internal Audit in preparing reports for the Audit Committee and senior leadership.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and internal control excellence.
You're the person we're looking for if:
You have at least 8 years of experience in internal or external audit (ideally within a multinational environment or Big4)
Proven experience leading teams and managing complex projects
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or similar
CIA, CPA, CISA, or other relevant certifications are a plus
Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and internal control frameworks
Fluent in English and Spanish
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Experience with data analytics tools (Power BI, Workiva) and consolidation tools (Hyperion) is a plus
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of integrity, confidentiality and professional judgment
Leadership, initiative and decision-making capabilities
Excellent communication and influencing skills across organizational levels
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Availability to travel 30% of the time (domestic and international)
