Internal Audit Manager

We're looking for an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead strategic audits across our global operations. You will play a key role in evaluating risk, internal controls and compliance while driving value-added recommendations to improve efficiency and support continuous improvement.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Plan, execute and supervise financial, operational and compliance audits in various locations across the Group.
• Lead and develop the internal audit team, fostering professional growth and engagement.
• Review and validate audit reports and working papers to ensure high quality, clarity, and alignment with professional standards.
• Monitor and update the annual audit plan based on evolving risk assessments.
• Identify process and control improvement opportunities and provide actionable, business-aligned recommendations.
• Document key processes, risks, and controls in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external advisors and co-sourcing partners when needed.
• Support the Director of Internal Audit in preparing reports for the Audit Committee and senior leadership.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and internal control excellence.

You're the person we're looking for if:

• You have at least 8 years of experience in internal or external audit (ideally within a multinational environment or Big4)
• Proven experience leading teams and managing complex projects
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or similar
• CIA, CPA, CISA, or other relevant certifications are a plus
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and internal control frameworks
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Experience with data analytics tools (Power BI, Workiva) and consolidation tools (Hyperion) is a plus
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and professional judgment
• Leadership, initiative and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across organizational levels
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Availability to travel 30% of the time (domestic and international)
