Our client is Fluidra, a multinational group listed on the Spanish stock exchange, and a global leader in the pool and wellness sector.
As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will work in coordination with, and report to, another lawyer in the department who holds the position of Senior Legal Counsel, in their Legal Department EMEA APAC.
In your day-to-day:
- You will manage the incorporation and administration of national and international corporations, including overseeing their corporate life, administrative bodies, minutes, certificates, powers of attorney, deeds, dissolutions, and liquidations.
- You will draft and negotiate various commercial contracts, both national and international, as well as financing agreements, with a focus on confidentiality, distribution, agency, manufacturing, service provision, real estate, technology, turnkey projects, and more.
- You will support national and international mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
- You will draft and negotiate financing agreements to support business operations.
- You will resolve legal queries from various departments within the Group, including Tax, Insurance, Treasury, HR, Data Protection, and more.
You're the person we're looking for if:
- You have around 1-2 years of experience as a Junior Lawyer, preferably in an international company or in a first class law firm.
- You have a degree in Law, Corporate Legal Counsel or complementary training in International or Business Law.
- You're fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level) and have at least an intermediate level of French.
- You have a high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- You can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, international environment.
- You have strong time management and prioritization skills, allowing you to efficiently handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- You have a creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and proactively adapt to change.
- You have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve challenges.
