As an Accounts Payable Team Leader your responsibilities will be:
-Support transition and operational delivery of AP processes
-Support team in complex issue resolution
-Makes decisions which improve quality, cost and people engagement
-Coordinate tasks and monitor service delivery of a team
-Manage, Coach and Develop a team
-Monitor KPIs and key controls for the team
-Work closely with Global Process Owner to identify opportunities for process, service and quality improvements and utilise our SAP
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
-Experience of working in an international environment
-Experience with SAP indispensable
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent administrative skills and ability to analyse data and produce reports
-Fluent in Spanish and English
-Excellent communication, coaching and team skills
