Our client is a new and passionate company in the gaming sector which is launching its innovative football game in the market.
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible of the proper execution of the development sprints, taking into account development time and cost.
Your main responsibilities:
-Deliver at committed time, with quality and cost control.
-Manage the development team .
-Monitor and control project activities and progress.
-Provide regular visibility on project progress, risks, contingency plan and issues with proper alerts and escalations.
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications
-Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences , engineering or equivalent.
-Scrum Master certification is a plus
Experience
-Experience in the Scrum Master role for at least 1 year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principals
-Experience as developer wil lbe a plus
Skills
-Good understanding of the software development process and understanding of basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
-Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal
Soft Skills
-Leadership, initiative and decision making and ability to work under pressure
-Ability to coach individuals and groups and to care about people as well as an ability to motivate people helping the team to be highly performant
