Our client is an independent investment banking firm. After the opening of their offices in Germany and Luxembourg, they are now growing in Spain.
With more than 350 employees, they administrate more than 50 billion euros of real estate assets in around 25 countries, making them a market leader in the administration of real estate assets.
In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for:
• Managing financing transactions and processes within real estate
• Obtaining financing offers and term sheets and negotiating them
• Negotiating loan agreements
• Carrying out risk assessments and recommending them to the internal investment committee for conclusion
• Cooperating in the provision of collateral
• Ensuring the fulfilment of CPs (Conditions Precedent) and loan disbursement
• Reviewing covenants and reporting to lenders
• Maintaining and expanding the financing network
• Taking care of the general management of financing commitments
You are the person we are looking for if:
• You have experience within the market follow-up of a mortgage bank, or in the corporate finance of a real estate company or in the real estate advisory of an auditing company
• You have at least a C1 level of English (mandatory)
• You have a degree in Business Law, Business Administration, Law or in a similar area
• You have good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools
• You're precise, methodical, collaborative and solution-oriented
• You have a high sense of responsibility and diligence
• You're based in Spain
