2005

Talent Search People is born

We start operating with a clear vision: connect companies with the talent that makes them grow. From day one, we understood recruitment as a strategic service.

2006

Multilingual projects and international environments

We begin working with international service companies and contact centers, filling multilingual roles in high-turnover and operationally demanding environments.

2008

National expansion and corporate structures

We manage growth processes in Madrid and Barcelona for companies in expansion, bringing in key corporate profiles (finance, HR, operations).

2013

Going international: Portugal

We support companies in their expansion to Portugal, managing local processes and adapting attraction strategies to new markets.

2017

RPO models and end-to-end management

We evolve our services into Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) models, embedding in our clients' structures and taking over the full or partial management of their attraction and selection processes.

2020

Continuity in complex contexts

During the pandemic, we help our clients keep their talent strategy active, adapting processes to fully remote environments without slowing key hires.

2021

Building a tech hub in Barcelona

We support the creation and consolidation of a tech hub for an insurance company, delivering more than 150 tech hires (software, data, product) and becoming a strategic partner of the project.

2022

Outsourced Talent Acquisition department

We become the full Talent Acquisition department of a pharmaceutical company, managing 100% of national recruitment across scientific, technical and corporate roles.

2025

LATAM expansion in the pharma sector

We start a project for the pharmaceutical sector with LATAM scope, adapting processes, methodologies and attraction strategies to multiple markets and cultural contexts.

2026

20 years as business partners

We celebrate 20 years reaffirming our positioning: we don't just fill vacancies — we build teams, support decisions and create real impact on our clients' business.
