Junior Quality Control - Alenquer

- You will be responsible for managing the special gases laboratory and the testing ramp, namely planning and setting production and maintenance priorities, managing staff, planning the procurement of materials needed in the testing ramp, calibrating and supervising the laboratory's analytical equipment and being responsible for the DMM plan for the entire Alenquer center.
- You will be responsible for the quality of the raw material and final product in the laboratory, in accordance with the methodologies described in the company's quality system.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of the internal and external standards required for certification of the tasting ramp
- You will coordinate the teams and work of the Test Ramp and Specialty Gas Filling sections.
- You will propose to your superior the necessary investments in the Special Gases plant and the Race Ramp
- You will ensure the correct operation of all analytical and DMM equipment: calibration, preventive maintenance, work procedures, management, and control of calibration standards
- You will be responsible for ensuring that the product is analyzed according to its specifications and approved
- You will be responsible for training factory staff in analytics
- You will ensure compliance with Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Food Safety requirements (in factories where applicable)
- You will carry out the technical analysis of complaints define corrective and preventive actions participate in corporate projects and optimize and coordinate production tasks

- You have a degree in engineering.
- Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, GMP quality standards
- You have experience in a similar position, preferably in the chemical sector
- You have experience in gas analysis (preferred)
- You speak fluent English and/or Spanish
- User-friendly computer skills and knowledge of the SAP system
