As a Store Manager you will be working in the store to carry out the overall tasks involved in the management of the point of sale.
You will be responsible for:
-The opening and closing of the store, as well as its maintenance
-The management of the team they're in charge of. Hiring and training. Motivation and staff management. Timetable design.
-Customer service. Meeting their needs
-Analysing sales by using all the appropriate indicators (KPIs)
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Experience
-Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position
-Knowledge of key performance indicators
-Team management skills
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
-Good command of english or french is a plus
