Our client is a leading international business school, recognized for its innovations and its strong positive impact in the service of its community, organizations and society, thanks to the excellence of its research, its training and the commitment of its teams.
We are looking for an Admission Advisor with a high level of English, French and Spanish for the Admissions Department. Its main mission will be to achieve the conversion of candidates to enrolled students, do active marketing in order to achieve the recruitment objectives and also participate in all actions of dissemination and information of what the school offers.
As an Admission Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- You will perform a proactive follow-up of interested parties and stakeholders.
- You will monitor communications through the systems enabled by the School, in order to provide a quick response to any request for information.
- You will participate and provide support in representation and promotion of the institution at national and international level.
- You will collaborate in the preparation of events, fairs, open days, visits to schools and other events.
- You will perform reports and analysis of conversion results figures and make proposals based on these.
We are looking for a candidate with the following experience:
- You have minimum 2 years experience in sales, preferably in international environments.
- You have strong oral and written communication skills in English, French and Spanish.
- You have a degree/Graduate Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or similar.
- You have an advanced user level in MS Windows environment (Excel required) and CRM.
- You enjoy talking to people, and you are a sales and result orientated person.
- Previous experience in the admissions department in business schools or universities (education sector) will be highly valued.
