Our client is Schneider Digital (Schneider Electric).

Consumer Support Process Analyst will be responsible for the definition of the global rules and processes of the Consumer/Customer support journey, taking into account the different platforms, channels, and technology, maximizing customer self-service and digital interactions.

• You will be the Consumer support referent for Customer support;
• You will define rules and global processes for the Consumers and CCC;
• You will coordinate with the Customer support team (Global Process owner, CS Strategy, Solutions) to ensure a unified approach.


You are the person we are looking for if you:
• Have Consumer Support Experience in B2C environment, with hands-on experience in developing B2C business;
• Have the process-oriented person with the ability to document;
• Have good communication (verbal/written) and follow-up skills
• Have good organizational skills (roles and respond. design, group animation);
• Have English language skills.
