A leading multinational chemical company (industrial & medical gases), part of a world-renowned group.

As a Bulk Network Manager, you will lead strategic planning and optimization initiatives across multiple Business Units (BUs) and products, driving efficiency and supporting Linde’s digital transformation journey.

-  Lead the S·TACT process, conducting quarterly sessions per product and BU, aligning inputs from local sales, production, and transport, and agreeing on productivity initiatives based on cost avoidance and savings.
-  Drive the development of the Fully Automated Supply Chain, upgrading the TACT constellation (S·TACT, O·TACT, H·TACT, datamart) and ensuring alignment between S·TACT, O·TACT, and NBO.
-  Steer Strategic Review sessions, leveraging Linde’s marketing intelligence systems to anticipate competitor reactions, integrate Next Best Option insights, and identify improvement actions for Power Zones and Sub-Power Zones.
-  Coordinate cross-border supply interactions between BUs and RBUs, ensuring global optimization and preventing inefficiencies driven by local interests.
-  Perform ad-hoc analyses to assess the impact of new production sites, plant closures, wholesale contracts, and customer portfolio changes.
-  Actively contribute to digitization and automation initiatives, supporting Linde’s evolution toward a fully digital supply chain.-  Prepare technical documentation and equipment data sheets.
-  Collect, interpret, and utilize data effectively, enabling informed decision-making and driving continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Finance, complemented by Supply Chain education.
-  Minimum 5 years of experience in financial or business environments, ideally in operations or the industrial sector.
-  Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
-  Proven ability to analyze procurement data, quantify economic impacts, manage budgets, and ensure accurate cost allocation.
-  Solid understanding of production and distribution processes, including cost components and logistics bottlenecks.
-  Proficiency in supply planning and optimization tools, reporting systems, and software applications.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills to interface effectively with sales, FICO, ROC, scheduling, and distribution teams.
