You will be part of a company founded in Barcelona, with more than 20 years of experience developing technology solutions for large and small companies in the tourism industry, digitizing 100% of their billing processes.
You will work in a dynamic team, with strong values around change, innovation, teamwork and empathy.
You will be accountable for the maintenance and evolution of our in-house applications and you will also be part of the development team for new amazing projects.
During you day-to-day you will:
● Manage integration projects of the customer’s ERP and Voxel Group platform.
● Analyze the functional and technical requirements of our customers and their ERPs in order to
improve their customer experience in the integration process with our client's platform.
● Participate in technical projects taking care of internal and external stakeholders’ requirements.
● Execute end to end testing procedures and carry out analytical reports.
● Creation of technical documentation for each project.
● Interact with the customer and partners on behalf of the organization.
● Give support for customer’s requests and complaints.
You are the person we are looking for if:
● Engineering Degree or Technical Education in Computer Science, Telecommunications or others
● Working experience in Software Implementation Projects.
● Turkish is a must, Spanish and English will be highly valued.
● Focus on results and analytical mindset.
● Highly organized.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to learn and apply new technology
● Patient and active listener.
